At Shelved, we want your home to feel perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and shelving units in their original condition. If your piece doesn't fit your space or style, we are here to help simplify the return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and assembly instructions back into the original protective packaging to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
